The book chronicles Verna Felton's rise from a child stage actress to her final quarter century when she was known as one of the busiest and most loved character actresses in Hollywood.  The book contains 750 pages, 236 photos, and detailed appendices, including complete filmography, television, stage, and radio credits for her 65-year career.

Her voice delighted children in animated Disney classics, including Mrs. Jumbo in Dumbo, the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, The Queen of Hearts
in Alice in Wonderland, and Flora in Sleeping Beauty, among others.

Miss Felton was born in Salinas, California.  Her father, Horace Wilcox Felton, was a descendant of the Revolutionary Patriot, Robert Felton, and Nathaniel Felton Jr. and Sr.

Felton, 2014.)  The book chronicles the life of the grandson of Richard and Alice Felton, Richard Felton, and his next four generations of descendants.
